3.1. Descriptions and Accuracy: We endeavour to provide accurate and up-to-date descriptions, images, and specifications of our Products. However, due to the nature of raw materials, minor variations in colour, texture, and other characteristics may occur. All information on the Website is provided in good faith and for general informational purposes only. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

3.2. Suitability and Application: Our Products are specialist raw materials and tools. It is solely your responsibility to determine the suitability of the Products for your intended use, application, or process. We do not provide guarantees as to the performance or outcome of the Products when used in specific applications, as these are dependent on factors beyond our control. Any technical information or advice provided is for guidance only and does not constitute a warranty or guarantee of performance.

3.3. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) / Technical Data Sheets (TDS): For many of our specialist raw materials, Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and/or Technical Data Sheets (TDS) are available. It is your responsibility to review and understand all relevant safety information, handling instructions, and technical specifications for the Products you purchase. You agree to comply with all applicable health and safety regulations, storage requirements, and safe handling practices when using our Products.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. Currency: All prices displayed on the Website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

4.2. GST: Unless otherwise stated, all prices are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).

4.3. Exclusions: Prices displayed for Products do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges will be calculated and added to your Order total during the checkout process.

4.4. Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our Product prices at any time without prior notice. However, once an Order has been confirmed (as per Section 6.2), the price for that Order will not change.

4.5. Payment Methods: We accept payment via bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Stripe

4.6. Payment Security: All payments are processed securely through reputable third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full payment card details. Your payment information is subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of the respective payment gateway.

5.2. Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of Order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your Order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your Order to accept or decline your Order for any reason, including but not limited to Product unavailability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or issues with payment processing. A contract for the sale of the Products is formed only when we dispatch the Products to you.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1. Delivery Charges: Delivery charges will be calculated based on the size, weight, destination, and nature of your Order and will be displayed during the checkout process.

6.2. Delivery Timeframes: We aim to dispatch Orders promptly. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs processing, or other factors outside of our reasonable control.

6.3. Delivery Address: It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not liable for any delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you.

6.4. Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to you upon delivery of the Products to the delivery address specified in your Order.

6.5. International Shipping: If we offer international shipping, you acknowledge that all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are your sole responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring that the Products can be lawfully imported into your country.

  • In the case of services, the supplying of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

10.2. If the Client is acquiring Goods for the purposes of a trade or business, the Client acknowledges that the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 do not apply to the supply of Goods by LSL to the Client.

10.3. General Limitation: Subject to the CGA and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Liquidstone Ltd   and its directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use the Website or Products purchased from us.
